iMatter at Work is a powerful integration of business discipline, team and trust building, and leadership coaching designed to elevate companies already running on a business operating system such as EOS. This experience is built for leadership teams who are ready to go to the next level—professionally, culturally, and personally.

 

At its core, iMatter at Work helps leaders and their teams know and act like they matter, while building the capacity to overcome adversity and grow together.

 

Phase One: Foundation & Elevation

 

Phase One is a structured, full-day experience facilitated by a seasoned, non-emotionally attached coach—Coach Bob—who brings clarity, objectivity, and depth to the process.

 

1. Business Alignment

 

We reinforce and strengthen your existing business operating system:

   •   Ensuring the leadership team is aligned and on track

   •   Practicing how to effectively work on the business, not just in it

   •   Creating clarity around priorities, issues, and execution
