Bob Shenefelt, affectionately known as Coach Bob, is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker dedicated to elevating the entrepreneurial spirit through self-mastery and connection.

As the founder of iMatter, he has developed programs like the "Unscatter the Chatter" workshop, designed to help visionaries gain clarity and confidence in both business and life.

Bob also leads The Visionary Forum and Summit, fostering a community where visionaries unite to celebrate and elevate their unique perspectives. Residing in Birmingham, Michigan, with his wife Sheryl and their two children, Grace and Nick, Bob continues to inspire action toward a greater future today.

Coach Jill

Jill Young is the creator of Coaching Magic, an Expert EOS Implementer®, and author of the Advantage Book Series.Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she learned the importance of having a clear vision and honoring commitments from an early age.

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA, Jill has held leadership positions in various industries, including human resources, for-profit education, and professional training.

As a business coach, she has delivered over 1,000 sessions, guiding business owners to form unified teams that create vision, experience traction, and produce value. Jill offers tools and strategies that propel her clients to the next level of success.
