iMatter at Work: Phase 2 Proposal

After successfully completing Phase One, your organization has experienced the value of intentional coaching, strengthened trust, and alignment with your business operating system. Phase Two is designed to build on that momentum by investing more deeply in your people—helping them to know and act like they matter, overcome adversity, and elevate both personally and professionally.

 

This phase introduces The iMatter Success System (the Human Operating System)(HOS)—a practical framework that integrates with your existing business operating system to strengthen culture, engagement, and performance from the inside out.

 

Purpose

 

Phase Two is about activating your people at a deeper level by:

   •   Strengthening self-awareness and personal clarity

   •   Building trust, connection, and team cohesion

   •   Helping individuals identify what matters most and align with it

   •   Encouraging ownership of growth, resilience, and contribution

   •   Supporting teams in getting the right people in the right seats (GWC)

 

Approach

 

1. Identify Internal Champions

   •   Select 1–3 champions to lead the initiative internally

   •   Ideally includes the Integrator and a culture-driven leader

   •   Champions partner with Coach Bob to reinforce and sustain the work

 

2. Launch a Beta Group

   •   Recruit 2–5 volunteer participants

   •   Identify one department open to growth and experimentation

   •   This group becomes the model for broader company rollout

 

3. Coaching & Development Structure

   •   Group Coaching (Volunteers): Deep personal development and alignment

   •   Department Coaching: Team trust-building, communication, and cohesion

   •   Individual Coaching (as needed): Targeted support for growth and breakthrough

 

4. iMatter Success System Platform

   •   On-demand access to principles, practices, and tools

   •   Reinforces learning between sessions

   •   Enables ongoing reflection, growth, and sustainability
