Kristie Clayton
Kristie Clayton is the Founder/Visionary of Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM), the Founder/Visionary and Coach of ExcelUr8™ Leaders and President/EOS® Integrator for iMatter. In addition, she is a keynote speaker and author.
Kristie was raised primarily by her father, David Melton, and her grandmother, Patty Melton that she lovingly calls MiMi. MiMi lost her hearing before she was 6 months old and became a catalyst and humble activist for the deaf community throughout her life. She and her best friend, Wanda Hull, influenced change that is still upheld today like closed captioning, communication devices (TTY), Interpreters at no cost, etc. She was a pillar of strength, devotion and encouragement.
Since she was a little girl, Kristie always had Integrator tendencies, but her fearless leadership and steadfast dedication to fostering meaningful relationships can be attributed to Kristie’s lifelong hero and mother-figure, Mimi. It was Mimi who asked Kristie, “Are you doing what you really want to do? Is this what you are meant to do?” These two questions led Kristie down a path of self-exploration and value identification. These two questions guided Kristie to exactly where she was meant to be.
Recognizing women have the power to do extraordinary things, Kristie founded Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM), an international peer to peer mentoring platform for women Integrators who run their businesses on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Kristie Clayton’s passion is rooted in encouraging women to be their best selves. This dynamic community of women provides networking and support resources to encourage and propel women forward in their leadership position to reach maximum career potential while making a significant contribution to their company’s growth.
FIM craved more. There is something special about in-person connection. Kristie answered the call by developing the annual FIM Women’s Summit, a one-of-a-kind annual event for Integrators to connect, learn, and inspire one another. The highly successful summit gives birth to new friendships, mentorships, and partnerships every November.
With all these accolades, Kristie doesn’t strive for perfection. She strives to help nurture the greatness in others. Simply put, Kristie wants to change the world. Which is why she founded Excelur8™ Leaders, a premier coaching program that guides clients to be in command of their own personal and professional lives, while leading their business with precision and intention. These women uncover their badass within.
Today Kristie feels she is able to give more than she receives and is challenged to grow. To run a company is both a distinguished honor and a humbled privilege. But together with the iMatter team, Kristie continually impacts companies and individuals by giving them the tools they need (and maybe never knew they needed) to thrive.
If Mimi were to ask Kristie if she is doing what she is meant to be doing today, Kristie would answer, “absolutely.”
